In addition to your landscaping, your home’s exterior is important for drawing buyers in. First impressions are extraordinarily important, after all. Peeling paint and worn bricks with missing mortar will tell buyers that your home has seen some tough wear. The implication buyers will assume is that the inside of your home has seen just as much wear, which may make them expect a plethora of repair needs and drive them away. The best way to avoid this happening is to make sure the outside of your home looks sparklingly clean and well-maintained.
